Important Update: Lender appraisal ordering is transitioning to the Encompass Partner Connect™ (EPC) platform.
Lenders must complete setup of the new Appraisal Center service by December 31, 2026. After this date, ICE will automatically migrate all lenders to the new service through a back-end update.

UAD 3.6 Support Available
As part of the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 requirements, lenders can submit UAD 3.6 appraisal orders with the required data fields included in the order request form.
